Please make the guy slower ;_;
The monster is really fast, and the camera hook becomes a detriment during the sequence. For a demo though it shows enough story to draw the player in and it's got some pretty good atmosphere.
i didn't find the gas at all but was a interesting game.
This game demo takes a unique route to the use of a camera in horror- rather than the commonly used theme of "it sees what you don't" this camera functions as a tool to escape a psychopaths lair. With a little bit more work on the monsters and some very dark hallway levels, this game will end up being really good! I enjoyed playing it.
I give more in depth feedback on your game (as well as a couple others) in the video below. You can also vote for your game on my channels community page to advance in the brackets for best indie horror game of january, I'll be 3D printing a scene or monster from the winning game for the game dev.
SAY CHEESE! & DIE (great R.L Stine novel)
Not bad! Found myself panicking a lot in certain areas of the game, I do wish there was a lot more emphasis on the camera however. But it's the demo so I am sure the camera has more use in the full game, it's just in the demo there's not a lot of functionality with it. Overall a nice experience! Good luck on the game, and I put your patreon in desc
